Abstract Guidelines

Dear Delegate,
Please follow the guidelines before submitting your abstract. in the conference portal.Please do not send by Email.
  • Title: [ Brief, Bold Font, First letter of each word capitalized].
  • Name (s) of all authors: [First name -presenting author in Bold font; others normal font. Do not use numerals in superscript for listing the authors]. If the authors are from different institutes and from different departments then use superscript numbers.
  • Name of the Department & Address of Institution: [If authors from different departments of the same institution or more institutions are involved then indicate – eg. Departments of Anatomy & Pathology, AIIMS Bhopal & Rishikesh]
  • Abstract: [ word limit – not exceeding 250 words; (a) Background/Introduction – concise and should include aims & objectives; 3 – 4 lines (b) Material & Method- Be specific; statistical methods used, if any, 3-4 lines (c) Results: [should include your findings including statistical results in brief. 5-6 lines. Abstracts mentioning “results will be discussed at the conference” shall not be included for publication.(d) Discussion & Conclusion: [Outcome of your research; 5-6 lines]

  • Do not use abbreviations in the title
  • Do not provide key words – not necessary in the abstract.
  • Try not to exceed the word limit
  • If you want to use abbreviations in the main body of the abstract, at the first mention use full form with abbreviation within brackets and then in the rest of the body use abbreviations.
  • Single Case report shall not be included as Oral presentation.

  • POSTER PRESENTATION: Same as that of oral presentation. Single case reports are to be included as Posters.
